The Challenge 

Kyco needed to connect their loyalty card system with Campaign Monitor to simplify their marketing process. They wanted to:

  1. Map loyalty cards to the correct client IDs and lists within Campaign Monitor.

  2. Use landing pages to collect detailed customer information.

  3. Automatically add a digital loyalty card to the customer’s Apple or PassWallet after registration.

During the setup, Kyco faced a technical roadblock:

When a user registered on a new landing page, the system couldn’t locate the loyalty card information required to integrate with Campaign Monitor. Despite having the option to connect, the Make.com platform was unable to find or click specific loyalty cards.

This limitation hindered their ability to capture, process, and leverage critical customer data effectively.

To solve this, Coupontools stepped in and enhanced Kyco’s Make.com setup with two new features:

  1. Trigger for New Loyalty Card Registrations: This automatically creates and assigns a digital loyalty card to each user who registers and ensures it’s added to their Apple or PassWallet.

  2. Trigger for New Landing Page Registrations: This connects landing page sign-ups directly to the correct loyalty cards. It also automatically passes all user data as part of the integration.

With these updates, Kyco can now seamlessly map loyalty cards to the right client IDs and lists in Campaign Monitor. This means every registration is properly tracked, and Kyco can easily run targeted campaigns and provide a better experience for their customers—exactly how they wanted it to work.
